Wanting to explore the Norwegian log construction technique lafting and how to use this joining method in a more contemporary manner, the coffee table Laft stands out as a modern piece of furniture where traditional craft meets present-day surroundings. Solid, turned chunks of pine wood have been assembled horizontally and vertically, and the large material dimensions give it a characteristic expression, in addition to securing that the furniture is made to last.
